As a Copywriter at Paragon, you’ll craft everything from performance ads to campaign concepts. This isn’t about “content.” This is about copy that converts, compels, and carries a brand.
You’ll work with strategists and designers to develop messaging that works across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond — always with clarity and conviction. One day it’s a product launch. The next, it’s rewriting a headline that just isn’t pulling its weight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write short-form, high-converting ad copy across platforms
- Develop messaging hierarchies and creative concepts
- Collaborate with designers to pair visuals and copy
- Help refine brand voice and positioning
- Review results and evolve copy based on performance
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 2–4 years writing copy in an agency or performance context
- Portfolio that includes paid ads, campaigns, taglines, and landing pages
- Strong grasp of tone, structure, and strategic persuasion
- Ability to adapt voice across verticals and formats
- Experience with Meta and/or Google ads a plus
