As a Brand Designer at Paragon, you’ll design logos, identities, and creative that actually moves the business. From layout to type to image direction, every element will carry strategic intent. You’ll partner with writers, developers, and creative leads to translate strategy into work that lives well across digital, ads, and real-world touchpoints.
This role is for someone who can design beautifully — but think commercially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual identities that reflect brand strategy
- Design key brand assets: logo, type, layout, image systems
- Extend identity into campaign art direction and visual language
- Collaborate with strategy and writing teams to ensure cohesion
- Support UI/UX or landing pages where needed
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 3–5 years in brand or campaign design
- Strong portfolio of identity work and real-world application
- Mastery of layout, hierarchy, type systems, and color
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design prototyping tools
- Comfortable working across formats — from pitch decks to paid ads
