As an Ad Strategist at Paragon, you’ll help define how brands show up, what they stand for, and how they reach people. You’ll lead strategic development from insight to rollout — owning research, messaging strategy, media planning, and channel architecture. This role requires someone who can think big, simplify clearly, and write persuasively.
You’ll work closely with copywriters, designers, and media buyers to shape end-to-end campaigns that are not just creative — but commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign strategy and messaging frameworks across platforms
- Translate research into positioning and paid media recommendations
- Collaborate with copy, design, and buying teams to align creative and media
- Define audiences, channels, and budget allocations based on insight
- Report on effectiveness and refine strategy as needed
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 3–5 years in advertising strategy, media planning, or brand communications
- Deep understanding of Meta, Google, and TikTok ad ecosystems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with performance metrics and creative testing
- Experience turning insight into concept into execution
